SMAC is formed through an intergovernmental agreement. Cities will work together collectively to better address legislation and administrative rules that are adversely affecting municipal operations. Please see the sample below for more details:

Each member of the coalition will engage with Tate Public Affairs to train their Council for boots-on-the-ground advocacy!
